Shipment & fees

Our online store ships worldwide, with few exceptions. Temporarily we do not ship in Russia, Mexico and Brazil.

We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to all European countries. All charges, including customs duties and local taxes, are calculated and included in the final price at the time of payment.

In these countries, the goods will then be delivered to the address indicated at no extra cost, in addition to the amount already paid at the time of purchase.In the remaining countries, we ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

Any local sales taxes and / or customs duties, must be paid directly by the Customer to the courier for each order at the time of delivery and will not be refunded in the event that the items are returned.

Europe
· Free shipping and Delivery Duty Paid for shipments to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
· Shipping Cost €30 and Delivery Duty Paid for shipments to Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Norway, Principality of Monaco, San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine.
· Shipping Cost €30 and Delivery Duty Unpaid for shipments to United Kingdom, Switzerland.

North America:
· Shipping Cost €30 and Delivery Duty Unpaid for shipments to United States of America, Canada.

Asia Pacific:
· Shipping Cost €30 and Delivery Duty Unpaid for shipments to Australia, Cina, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea Other countries:
· Shipping Cost €30 and Delivery Duty Unpaid

The Products will be delivered through DHL. Delivery times and methods are those generally applied by the aforementioned courier.

Once the Products have been dispatched, Franco Ferrari Customer Care will inform the Client by e-mail of this, explaining how to track progress.

We will deliver the Products purchased to the address provided by the Client and in accordance with the delivery procedure set out below:
· The products will be dispatched by the aforementioned courier.
· Delivery will be scheduled for between three and five business days from the date on which the order was confirmed by Franco Ferrari Customer Care. Express delivery is not currently available.
· Delivery will be without appointment and at street level between 8.00 am and 19.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
· The e-mail confirming dispatch will contain a code that the Client can use on the courier's website to track progress.
